Employee-Led Initiatives
Many team members from throughout the organization participate in one or more our employee-led committees including:
- The Ambassador Program enhances the new employee onboarding experience and acclimation to our culture.
- The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee helps create an inclusive workplace through activities that raise awareness of our organization’s diversity.
- The Social Committee fosters teambuilding by organizing events that employees enjoy together.
